This will be useful information when “Israel’s” leaders are charged with war crimes.
As an occupying military force it is Israel’s responsibility to meet the needs of those it occupies…..food, water, fuel, shelter, medical care, etc.
It doesn’t matter if “Israel” likes it or thinks it is fair…it is the price of military occupation and its a “package deal”. When a military occupies a population, the obligation to provide those things are simultaneously created.
