Ah, the American quaint faith in their own capacity. Israel has dropped the equivalent of two nuclear bombs on Gaza and while it has slaughtered a lot of civilians, it has achieved nothing. If you think three aircraft carriers could take out Iran you are indeed delusional.
The only way wars are won is with troops on the ground and the US simply does not have them., Iran is not Iraq and can and would strike the US where it really hurts, on home soil.
