Given you the answer many times already buddy. Since Israel ultimately controls the most basic aspects of Gaza such as water/electricity then it effectively has sovereignty over them. Had the Palestinians been given their full rights then you wouldn’t have had any Hamas (resistance) to begin with.
Since Israel exists only to eradicate Palestine and all Palestinians then the Palestinians will always resist. It’s a tale as old as time. Oppressor versus the oppressed.
