Jordan, Palestinian Authority, and Tunisia are the only ICC member states in the MENA region. Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Kuwait, Morocco, Oman, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, and Israel have not ratified the Rome Statute.
