There is no such thing as “accords” or “negotiations” with zionist demons because one of their genetic defects is that they lack the ability to speak truthfully.
There were no “war crimes” committed by Hamas on October 7th because Hamas is under no obligation to comply with any laws of war since they (as “Israelis” love to repeat endlessly) are not a state and the laws of war only apply to states. My personal opinion is that the only tragedy that happened on October 7th was that too many “Israelis” were left alive.
I’m American…and believe me when I tell you that Arabs/Palestinians are head over heels in love with “Israelis” compared to how I view zionist vermin. If someone set up a live video feed of them screaming and being boiled alive in Zyklon B, I could watch the show while eating soup and smiling.
