Maybe if Doctors “Without Borders” (no clue as to their agenda there) had stuck to their expertise of medicine rather than trying to manipulate the public into supporting mass illegal migration and their obvious far leftist politics someone with half a brain stem could take them seriously.
Doctors “Without Borders” is based in France… which is currently cracking down on illegal migration to protect their borders.. Same with all the countries funding sundry “human rights” NGOs. Maybe if those that selectively fund or quote organizations like Doctors “Without borders” (also see HRW, Amnesty International, et al) didn’t simultaneously demand a homeland for themselves WITH BORDERS someone could take them as something other than hypocrites.
