NUTS! While ‘some’ of what you describe ‘may’ be accurate, and I emphasis ‘may’, at this moment, none of it was true in the early and subsequent years of Guantanamo. There ‘may’ be even innocent people there now, but the U.S. Supreme Court has decided it is in the best interest of the U.S. to refuse any cases concerning Gitmo.
