Re: Can the ICJ stop Israel’s genocidal war in Gaza? – Middle East Monitor

Convicting Hamas at ICJ should have happened in 2008 & 2014, and would change nothing in 2024.
The burden to stop the Gaza genocide should be placed upon those who started this war,
where
{A} – Hamas and all the other Gaza Islamic Jihadist elements (PIJ, PFLP, etc.)
Unconditionally release all the abducted Israeli hostages, AND either
-1- Come out from behind civilians & underneath the cities, to fight & die,
-2- Surrender unconditionally, or -3- Agree to go into exile to save Gaza.
And,
{B} – If Hamas and all the other Gaza Islamic Jihadist elements refuse, then
-1- . The . World . Should . Not . Accept . Responsibility . To . Save . Gaza , when
-2- The Gaza-ruling Hamas regime is doing the exact opposite and using human-shields.
