It was one of those “icky, yuky (brown) Israelis, NOT one of the “good (white)” ones. I get it. It happens here in the US too. We have icky, yuky, blaph, pheew, BAd “non-white” Mericans. Then we have the “very fine folks” white Mericans.
Our parade of WHITE presidents always reminds the US.
