I watched Israel’s counter claim and defense before the ICJ and they literally handed the South African accusers their hat in a very very legally detailed manner. There is no way a balance Court could possibly determine genocide or the intent to commit genocide. You only have to watch the full procedure on YouTube.
I am very happy that law students around the world are able to examine every minute of the ICJ hearing, with the exception of Islamic Countries who have very tight restrictions controlling their internet service. But the full procedure will eventually make its way to them.
