A lot can be said about the 20th Century and I’ll leave that to the Pro Historians . However it should be known that Rome was both a Imperial Republic and Monarchy , the only two forms of Government ! Rule of One Man ( Monarchy) No Deep State Rule by many Men ( Democracy ) Deep State . I vote for the one with No Deep State
