Either you are lying or your brain is damaged. The Hague and Geneva Conventions (as well as the other laws of war) apply to the states that signed them. As all the pro-“Israel” shills love to repeat…Palestine is not a state…so those conventions do not apply to them until they are granted UN recognition as a state.
It doesn’t matter whether you feel that is “fair.” International law isn’t governed by your feelings.
What you are trying to say is that you want Palestine to have the responsibilities of a state without having the rights of a state. The world doesn’t work that way.
