The ICJ can really only confirm the genocide exists. If the court decides ANYTHING other than that…it will effectively revoke all of the laws of war and make not only the ICJ totally irrelevant, but likely will make the entire UN become viewed as an impotent organization that is a pointless waste of time to participate in.
