The “high intensity fighting” may be over, but lower intensity fighting will also be deadly & destructive. And,
Today the 1948 & 1967 Arab invasions of the Jewish State of Israel are hardly relevant to the Israel-PA situation.
Instead, today
{A} – What is relevant is the 1993 PLO-Israel Oslo Accord, that created the Palestinian Authority (PA), and
{B} – What is even more relevant today is the 2023 Hamas invasion on October 7, which
-1- First Mass-murdered 1,000 Israel civilians, raped, beheaded, abducted, etc., and
-2- Then Used Gaza Strip cities, schools, hospitals, & 2 million civilians as Human-Shields, and
-3- Thus the October 7 Hamas Invasion, Ethnic cleansing, and War Crimes both caused & are responsible for:
– [a] – the deaths of 23,000 Gaza civilians, – [b] – 50% of Gaza Strip structures being destroyed, and
– [c] – 85% of the Gaza Strip population fleeing south to tent cities along the Egypt border. And,
– [d] – It never being realistic, practical, or safe for them to return to homes in northern Gaza again.
