The Palestinian Resistance of which Hamas is a part exists because Israel murderously occupies all of Palestine and continues to colonise it. The Resistance and Hamas will never end until Palestine is free. And with 16 million Palestinians in the world, half in the Diaspora, Israel does not have a hope of eradicating all of them which is the only way to get rid of the Palestinian Resistance. The easier and sensible path is end the occupation Israel and get back to your 1947 borders although they should be tested in a court of law and it will be Palestine which decides which borders a State, only for followers of Judaism, might have, if such an entity continues to exist.
