I’ve considered this question. I think the definition of what a Jew is today is necessary to answer.
A Jew today is not someone who believes in God and practices Judaism. The modern Jew is someone who believes in Zionism and worships Israel/Jewish nationalism. There are few “Jews” who oppose Zionism as they benefit greatly from the theft and oppression of Palestinians. So the mainstream definition of a Jew today is the worship of Jewish nationalism so the majority of Jews are scumbags.
If there are Jews who don’t support nationalism then they’re not scumbags but I don’t think they can be called Jews anymore as a Jew today is a nationalist.
