This is not an Israeli pogrom, it is a response to a genocidal attack on Israelis of all ages on Oct 7. Hamas could have stopped it at anytime by laying down their arms, release the hostages, and stop firing rockets into Israel.
Pogrom is a Russian word that means “to wreak havoc”, which is what Hamas initiated on Oct 7, knowing that Israel would have to respond is a very aggressive manner.
