…How embarrassing for the ICJ to have to admit publicly that they are not a real court. Real courts don’t “call for” anything…they issue specific orders for specific actions to be taken by specific deadlines and impose penalties for failure to comply.
At least now that the ICJ has admitted that they are not a real court, the world will not have to waste time pretending to condemn so-called “terrorism” since there is no legitimate alternative to oppose those who violate the fictional “laws of war”.
I’m actually surprised that the ICJ would legitimize “terrorism” instead of standing firm on the principles upon which the UN was founded to establish limits based upon law during war times. What an utter abandonment of their founding rationale and what a perfect reason to disband the United Nations.
