Re: Live: ICJ issues ruling on measures against Israel’s ‘genocidal’ bombing of Gaza – Middle East Monitor

Well perhaps that’s true, from your perspective, but
-1- Israeli hostages are released for multiple Arab prisoners,
-2- Hamas has broken many and every ceasefire, so there shouldn’t be anymore,
unless Islamic Jihadist Hamas accepts a peace agreement with the Jewish State of Israel.
And,
-3- Regarding a “Humiliating defeat”,
– [a] – Half of all of Gaza is in Ruins, 25,000 Gazans are dead, 50,000 Gazans are injured, and
– [b] – 90% of Gaza’s people are essentially refugees in tent-cities, possibly never to return, where
– [c] – Hamas’ only achievement is barely surviving (perhaps 30% dead), while using Gazans as Human-Shields.
– [d] – “No amount of Islamic Jihadist spin can change that” into anything positive,
– [e] – Every week Hamas holds the hostages, another 1,000 Gazans are killed, and
– [f] – When the hostages are killed, No prisoners will be released, which will be a “Humiliating defeat” or failure.
