-1- So called “Palestine” has never been more of an “entity” than the PA is today, so it is Not “occupied”,
or at least the PA and Gaza Strip were Not occupied, until the Islamic Jihadist Hamas War Crimes on 10/7/23.
-2- Every nation has the “right to defend itself” and to defend its civilians, from Russian, Jihadist, etc. invaders. And,
-3- No one has the right to – [a] – target civilians, for Mass-murder, Ethnic cleansing, Rape, Beheading, Abduction, etc.,
and then – [b] – “defend itself” by using their own civilians and cities as Human-Shields.
