This does not mean we are not prepared to go to war with Turkey if it threatens us as you claim. You’ll notice that despite Erdogan big talk and the fact Turkey outnumbers us 9 to 1… through a combination of diplomacy with other states and ongoing improvements in the Greek military.. .he hasn’t tried to annex any Greek territory after all. Who knows what the future holds but for the last century we have mostly avoided conflict with Turkey. If some point in the future Turkey want’s to fight, our new fleet of f35s are waiting. If Turkey gets nukes, we will invite our American allies to setup nuclear cruise missiles in Greece. I’d prefer to trade than fight.
