11. The ethnic cleansing of Palestinians was planned far in advance. Ben-Gurion and the Zionists called it “compulsory transfer.” On July 12, 1937, Ben-Gurion wrote in his diary explaining the benefits of the compulsory population transfer (which was proposed in British Peel Commission).
