Pure nonsense. Let’s start with the UK. In 1920 they removed all Jews from Hevron after the massacre there. They left in 1947 but gave weapons to the Arabs and left all Taggart Forts to the Arabs’ control. The British then placed an arms embargo on Israel while giving arms to Jordan who were led by Glubb Pasha, a British General and his officer corps. The massacre in Kfar Etzion was overseen by British Officers who did not stop it. In 1950, the UK was the only state to recognize the annexation of the West Bank (the Pakistani recognition is disputed).
The UK never cast its vote in the UN for Israel. Votes or abstains mostly on anti-Israel resolutions.
How was it an ally other than in 1956 when it needed Israel to keep the Egyptians occupied while it was securing the Suez Canal from Nasser’s nationalization? Oh! let’s not forget the 1967 embargo.
