No. Between 1517 to 1917 = 400 years, the Palestinians along with the Iraqis, the Syrians, the Jordanians, the Lebanese were under Turkish-Ottoman control and all of them became independent except for Palestine . Between 1917 and 1947 = 30 years, they were under British control and between 1947 to today = 77 years, they have been under the control of the very foreign and very alien white European Jews. Therefore ,there was never a time going back to 1517 when the Palestinians had the right to exercise their right on their own land because outsiders were there controlling their lives.
