The UN maintains history, every speech by world leaders, every UN proposal, every UN Resolution, every vote by every Country, every Country can come in and make their case, non-governmental organizations can rebut them, statistics are kept on all issues regarding international problems. The UN Library is incredible.
That does not mean you are wrong on some of things you have said. And you are correct that international laws and opinions have never provided protection for Israel. They are on their own for the most part.
