“Hamas said the return of police officers aims to reinstate order in the devastated city in an effort to prevent the looting of shops and houses”—- Exactly how do you stop people from looting if they have no food, water, or even a change of clothes for their children? Hamas are the same people who caused this to happen in the first place, so why not a UN Peace Keeping Force to make sure the necessities are evenly distributed. Don’t count on UNRWA because they are a part of the problem as well.
