The good people of Gaza would have been better off if that UNRWA money and supplies were used to building more infrastructure and waste management facilities, electrical up grades and beating their swords into plow shares, and all that money used to build rockets and tunnels could have been used for heavy equipment for buildings, roads, and farming.
