triage is part of almost all medical care facilities
and these preliminary assessments ‘should’ prioritise
the care for those in urgent needs, all the way down to
those with minor injuries
but as with any hospital there are limits and some folks
are turned away to find alternative care
often in times of war many injuries that would normally
have been treated in hospitals, due to the overcrowding
and triage, many injured will do self care with their friends,
families, and the vets
