-1- Releasing of All Abducted Israeli Hostages Unconditionally, and either
-2- Surrendering to, or Accepting Peace with the Jewish State of Israel, or
{B} – the Jewish State of Israel can legally continue the Counter-Terrorism Operation,
-1- Even if the rest of the Gaza Strip is destroyed and another 300,000 Gazans are killed,
-2- Because the Islamic Jihadist Hamas regime continues using them as Human-shields.
