They should file more than this one case in court, maybe it would be to easy to argument that it is still not a declared genocide by International courts but plausible that genocidal warfare is happening.
They should file cases for aiding and abetting to support with diplomatic cover sending weapons defunding aid- and humanitarian organistions spreading unverified propaganda narratives (hate speech) endorsement and conspiracy to commit the warfare of mass attrocities against the palastinians in Gaza by the german politicians.
Aiding and abetting by full support of this warfare after knowledge of grave breaches and violations of humanitarian laws, geneva conventions, rome statute and disrespect of international court order of provosional measures. By defunding life saving humanitarian aid organisation after the court ordered that the palstinians in Gaza are an ethnic group under a serious thread of possible irreversible harm to them as a group.
Which need to be protected and irreversible harm to them should be prevented, by UN-Member States under the Genocide Convention.
They ignored the court order, willingly denying the palastinians in Gaza as a group, the right to life, to exist and to be protected and irreversible harm to them as a group to be prevented.
They flatly denied the provisional measures and granted rights in it, to have the UN Member States to recognise the obligation to prevent irreversible harm to the specific group of people and by influence those who are acting with plausible risk to commit such irreversible harm with their actions against the group.
It is a shameful disgrace that german politicians completly lost their sense of humanity by this blind support of such a warfare. In my opinion a criminal behavior, by silencing dissent and giving diplomatic cover to a warfare of mass attrocities and grave breaches of humanitarian law and committed crimes against humanity.

There is no excuse after knowledge of grave and mass violations of humanitarian laws. Where no distinction, proportionality or precautions in this warfare exist, where healthcare and life saving aid got systematic destroyed, there is no excuse to support it. It is inhuman and pure evil in itself to give political cover to it.
