The overwhelming majority of the Jews who used to live in Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Turkey, Egypt were all the descendants of the Jews who came from Spain and Portugal and they were not the indigenous people of these countries. The only Jews who would have been entitled to live in Palestine would have been the indigenous Palestinian Jews but there have been no Jews living in Palestine going back hundreds of years and nobody has ever met anyone who claims to be a indigenous Jew from Palestine.
