Mrs. Baerbock as the german foreign minister, knows absolute well that germany, isn’t recognising any sovereignty other than of the Territory of Israeli sovereignty, therefore she knows all to well, an independent impartial Investigation, she had called for in her Statement: It just would not happen, because Israel didn’t grant access or Visa, for any impartial Investigation teams.
Even all the NGO’s, human right’s groups, Journalists, which are still alive, WHO, UN-Staff, Medical teams and many other highly respected neutral humanitarian workers, their reports got not respected and their impartiality or strong evidence even in undeniable evidence and clear violations, their mandate of representing the case is denied because Israel didn’t gave their agreement, to let the impartial Investigation happen.
It’s cynical and sadistic denying of the rights of palastinians to have a fair Justice.
Or is it Mrs. Baerbock with a team of impartial Investigators flying in to the area, to let the Investigator do their work?
It is no pressure, no consequence or cut of diplomatic ties, however brutal and sadistic masses of palastinians civilians got killed by IDF-Forces.
It’s a racist act of political cancel culture, sometimes spreading fake news, of dehumanising hate speech from a Foreign Minister, repeating of unverified Propaganda Stories,
Victim blaming denying of evidence or covering up, by phrases to fully thrust the IDF-Forces to abide by the law, their internal investigation processes and to hold those accountable, who are responsible for violations.
And these same, want to censor hate-speech, fake news, dehumanising rhetorik in online media, they already use it as a racist tool of suppression and to silence dissent and smear critics and for victim blaming.
The racist denying, to equal rights are already their tools, to cancel dissenting voices.
That is really schocking.
