It is not the citizens of these Europes Western Countries, they learned very well, to study news about crisis in the World, they learned very well how to network and connect fast and try to help, as much as possible to build and sending aid with disaster and crisis response networks.
It is the high profile political branch and those who’s Job international diplomacy is, which couldn’t keep up with high values of human right’s, humanitarian values and that these values are universal and absolute.
It is because of their diplomatic connections and ties, why in some situation their moral compass lost connection to the high values of this principle human right’s.
