Jews moved back and forth and citizens of Rome. Romans sacked Jerusalem several times and brought back as many as 100,000 Jewish slaves twice. There is a synagogue in Rome that predates Jesus Christ. There were no Arabs living in that geographical area, and the invention of Islam and Islamic invaders did not come for another 500 years.
