I agree Likud has shown restraint in some ways (in terms of death toll) but not others. What seems to be happened is Likud is trying to level nearly all Gaza infrastructure to encourage Palestinians to leave under the guise of humanitarian exit. The expectation Hamas will surrender is unlikely. They will go to their graves with their narratives. If morality is the concern, Israel will need to carve out Hamas from the rest of the population not eliminate the Palestinian population from the region.
