I bet they listed them as terrorist killed in the hospital, as they do and did with all they deliberatly kill, the same as they accuse every human being which don’t support and praise their genocidal warfare and the dehumanisation of palastinians! All who still have a sense of humanity, which mission is to help civilians in military conflict to survive by medical intervention, rescue and those who support aid to the civilian population, which care about the life’s of the civilians effected by the armed conflict, they are in many times become targets, because of their commitments to life-saving missions, for Palastinians in Gaza, Westbank, East Jerusalem, at the UN, by many International organisations, which try to give life-saving rescue, medical support, food and shelter, to effected civil societies in conflicts. Even Journalists, human right’s organisations and many others who try to deliver humanitarian crisis response become targets, get killed and declared terrorist supporters.
The whole warfare and the highest rate of casualties, killed, wounded and maimed humanitarian aid workers and/or medical staff is a conspiracy of the IDF to deliberatly commit warcrimes, crimes against humanity and grave violations of international humanitarian law, UN-Charter, Geneva convention and other laws and rules which United Nations and/or which Globally and International most of the World has commited to the principles and high values of humanity and the Universal declaration of human rights.
International humanitarian law, the geneva convention, the rome statute and the UN-Charter are some of the highly accepted commitments of humanity the World could find consensus to agree and uphold in every situation, to punish those who commit crimes against humanity and mass atrocities in genocidal warfare. Civilians, their civilian Infrastructure critical needed for the survival of their civil society should in all times be protected, otherwise the deliberate destruction of civilian infrastructure which disproportional create situations, to inflict unliveable harm to a civil society with intent to destroy it, in whole or in part, are warcrimes and acts of genocidal warfare.
It should have never be an acceptable form of warfare, again.
The world must bring Justice and accountability for the perpetrators who commit these warcrimes by their warfare.
