Well to start with, the French Resistance didn’t cross the German border and murder German civilians, rape German women and children, and kidnap young and old, men and women and children.
Apartheid? Absolutely not. The definition of apartheid under international law is very clear: the suppression must be racially based. In Israel/Palestine it is nationalistic, religious, and to some extent cultural. Not racial, especially since the majority of Israeli Jews are non-white (Mizrahi, Ethiopian, etc.).
