I as german myself, i’m so disgusted by german politicians which try to look the other way but actively, silence critics and repeating the same, as 75+years ago, support, diplomatic cover, confuse the civilian society about the facts, deny to have knowledge of it, excuse the inexcuseable and tell official by statement, not know about the amount of violence, no signs of racist hatred mentionend, but much more problematic and unacceptable:
Try to make the german civilian society, complicit while silencing dissent, even after the ICJ Ordered provisional measures International binding orders…
That the Gazan Palastinian as an ethnic group, are highly plausible under a thread to their very existence and which should be prevented from the high risk of plausible disproportionate harm inflicted on them. (Exactly what happened)
The German Government did not accepted the Order, denied the possible thread, denied that it is the Gazans Palastinians under thread to their existence, instead say it would be Israel, which existence is close to disappear from the maps?
With total disrespect to the ICJ, to human rights, humanitarian law, UN-Charter, Geneva Conventions and with ignorant arrogance: Show by official Statements, no lessons learnt, but lost again: Every sense of humanity and understanding of Universal human rights, German Politicians perfoming a disgraceful betrayal to civilisation by excuse the inexcusable: Crimes against humanity, mass atrocities by racism again… They fall in Line with the racist Psychopath full of hatred outraging, against those who he sees as subhumans to treat them, as a group with dehumanising warfare.
It is a disgrace, and i hope the german government will face a very strong confrontation, at the ICJ vs. Nicaragua, for Aiding and Abetting and Conspiracy with Israel to commit crimes against humanity and for censor and silence dissenting voices in public, to make their own civil society they have to serve, as complicit to atrocities and crimes against humanity again…This is an inexcusable authoritarian betrayal, to their own civilian society. Absolute unworthy, to dismiss the Palastinians as an ethnic group in Gaza, from the prevention of the specific international agreements, mentionend in the Courts Order, from their, “to be Recognised from German Politician by respect to the Courts Order” Equal human rights, which are even granted by German law to every human being.
Equal human right’s, Equal before the law, and the Worthiness of human being is untouchable, another basic human right, which Palastinians get disgraceful denied by the Statements of the german politicians. It is unbelievable how they could deny and normalise the denial of granting Palastinians their human rights, by german Government officials… That is painful and an embarrassement. That is why i support to bring the German government officials to Court at ICJ !
