Egypt, Jordan, the PA, they all receive huge amount of money from the American government. What are the chances that they would receive a dime without the consent of the American Jews? There is no way that American Jews would approve that kind of money to go in the direction of Muslim countries unless that money is to serve the Jews themselves. The money that these Arab countries are receiving is to make sure that they look out for for the safety of the European Jews in Palestine! In the case of Egypt, it is also to make sure that Egypt is removed from being a hostile country against the Jews and that it would never again attempt another October 1973 on the Jews.
