Maybe treat Palastinians equal grant them equal rights if you want to occupy and annex their land, they deserve to get inzegrated in your civil society too, if you occupy the land and plan to annex it. Then you will have to grant the occupied civilians the equal rights, than those of the Israeli civilian society
