Russia fought Chechens before ISIS and should have known better than to embrace Iran, Syria. WE are missing the forest for the trees. These attacks have happened in London, Paris and other places and surely will happen in the US and Canada . The West has not understood yet the ideology of Islam and unless it does ,these events will become common place.
It is not just the West that is at risk it is the whole world. China has gone through this with the Uighurs and even Pakistan. Again the problem is ISLAM.
