Yesterday’s Resolution 2728 (2024), adopted with 14 votes in favour and one abstention (United States), “demands” the immediate and unconditional release of all hostages and calls for ensuring humanitarian access to address their medical and other humanitarian needs.– (The ICJ called for the “immediate and unconditional release of all Israeli hostages” months ago) Does anyone understand the definition of “immediate and unconditional”?
