As a student of history then you well know that Slavs are not “Macedonians” anymore than Arabs are the Macabees. There are many Slavic nations not just one. Despite this, and knowing full well our Slavic neighbors are hostile towards Greeks, the Israeli state recognized the former Yugoslavian nation. Any argument in can’t do the same with a Palestinian state would be unprincipled. As they say… actions speak louder than words.
