Germany just thinks, the ICJ are not the experts to judge if something is amounting to a genocide, especially if the involved party, is Israel, the victim of one of the past genocides, germany perpetrated in the past.
-Because of Germany’s history as the perpetrator of Genocides in the past and their confrontations and remembrance with this history of genocidal warfare, they believe they are more of the experts, to Judge if something could be a plausible case of genocide!
They just ignore all and every details and incidents of killed palastinians in the occupied palastinian territories.
For Germany there is no Palastinian Terrority, because it is Israel who has the sovereignty of these territories and if those people live in it. They did not recognise a Palastinian State, they deny that there are a set of laws and rules separating, between Israeli Jewish citizens or Palastinian citizens in these territorities, of how and which laws applies to them, they deny the existence of something which could seen as separation, which could be a form of Apartheit.
They don’t wan’t to acknowledge, that their ignorance and denying of the recognising and disrespect of the inalienable palastinian rights, of self determination and to statehood, as the oppressed and occupied people, should have their Universal human right’s granted equally by Israel. To the contrary, they are not accepting that the ICJ, ordered provisional measures to protect: Palastinians of Gaza, as a group of peoples, which could be under an existential thread to their very existence, by threads against them as a group, which are from genocidal speeches and racial/fascist hatred against them as a group.
They don’t wan’t to he forced to recognise the Palastinians in Gaza, or other territories in Israel or the OPT, as a distinct group of people, which need to be protected.
They don’t wan’t to be forced to accept and recognise, the rights of the palastinian people to statehood and to recognise a territory as a Palastinian State territory, which is occupied by Israel and illegally occupied, they believe it is up to Israel to decide if Palastinians deserve, to be included to have equal human rights granted in the territories and to have to negotiate directly with Israel, of the recognising and accepting to grant the Palastinians the Universiality of human rights, or their recognising of the palastinians to have inalienable rights to be respected and granted by Israel?
Because Israel didn’t want to recognise these facts, germany did not has any intention, to pressure Israel to respect the rights of palastinians, or grant them their rights equally to the Israeli Jewish civil society.
For Germany there is no Palastinian rights to recognise, separate from Israeli sovereignty over the territories which Israel occupies and has the obligating to secure public order in these territories or to policing.
Because of the sovereignty and obligations of law enforcement, there is just the incitement to violent or non-violent protesting outrage of the palastinian groups or citicens, which are a plausible thread to public order and the security in the territories, of Israeli sovereignty.
It is an absurdity in itself, but that is the position germany is trapped in, where it could not change the narrative, which they put themself in. No matter how dehumanising and violent the escalation is becoming in Israel and the territories which Israel has the sovereignty of…Anything which could be seen as an outrage or incitement and public disorder in the territories, which Israel has sovereignty of, is a security thread, to these sovereignty and to the Israeli State as a sovereign state recognised by germany and a full member of the United Nations.
It is a betrayal by germany of the Universiality of human rights, the UN-Charter, the Rome Statute and the Geneva Conventions.
It is a total disrespect of the ICJ, which set the provisional Orders, to protect the Palastinian people (of Gaza), of a plausibility of an unfolding existential thread, to them as group, which should be protected from the plausibility of irreversible harm, inflicted on them, by a thread of racist/fascist hatred and genocidal warfare and action to their very existence.
It is a binding order, which should have the countries and states of the United Nations, to accept and respect these judgements and orders and especially as in this case, to prevent the plausibility if these threads to become an unfolding reality, which they failed to prevent and punish genocidal warfare to occure.
That’s the worst-case scenario, by which arrogant ignorance, enabled the situation to unfold.
Now Germany tries to shield Israel from accountability, but there is no excuse for something inexcuseable, just hypocrisy, fake-news and propaganda left to spread, to misinform and disinform the World, about the rules, laws, norms, UN-Charter, Rome statute and how the laws are seen by sovereign states or declared Guerilla groups, armed or unarmed as a “Terrorist Group”, which is threadening the security of a sovereign state, as a full member of the United Nations.
