What is not, PS? Historic Palestine? Contemporary Israel, according to its claimed 1948 to 1966 boundaries? Any one of the 1946 to 2024 iterations of Gaza; of the West Bank or of the Golan Heights?
And on who’s authority, PS? For while we remember Harry S Truman’s 1946 to 1948 efforts to ‘shake the world’, contrary to historic Palestine’s will and promise – it was clear that he spoke then – only for what he perceived as ‘a United States of North American self interest’.
