Perhaps ten people can sleep within a tent. 40,000 tents would house 400,000 Gazans. The organising of sanitary systems improves as well, to avoid the spread of disease. As more Hamas and PIJ are removed from the pictures, the situation improves. But it will take a very long time to achieve a standard of living of pre war Gaza. For the next year or two, it will be camping out.
