Death and genocide are two different things. The US killed a lot of Germans during WW2 but its goal was not to erase Germans. It was to end Nazi ideology in Germany. When Turks murdered nearly 75 percent of Armenians in mostly death marches, most of them civilians, there goal was to erase them all. The hypocrites of Hamas do not recognize that as genocide but claim around 1 percent of the Palestinian population killed in the current war “genocide”. The reason they don’t is because they dont want to offend the Turkish government that helps them. It’s the same reason why they don’t condemn the Turkish government for preventing Kurds from having a state while they hypocritically demand one for themselves. Nationalist sophistry.
