If HAMAs were to release the POWs, wouldn’t the IDF just shoot them, and then blame the Palestinians? We’ve seen that movie before. Think of it as protecting them for their own safety. Besides, all the “hostages” have been killed by Zionist bombardment; the few remaining detainees are all IDF soldiers or reservists. It must be a relief to you that they don’t treat POWs the way that the Zionists treat their prisoners.
