Jews who were living in Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, Turkey were all
of Iberian origin who were expelled by Spain and Portugal in 1492 and
1496 and they moved to the Muslim countries where they lived there for
over 500 years. The Muslim countries recklessly opened their doors for
these European Jews who are always known to cause problems for the
host countries where they lived. When Zionism began, Jewish leaders
went to the Turkish leader and they were pleading with him to allow
millions of Jews into the Ottoman Empire. He agreed that he would
allow them to come in and settle anywhere in the empire with the
exception of Palestine. But they wanted Palestine.
