Re pic: “view of the waving flag of England at the 10 Downing Street in London”
This is NOT the flag of England; it is the flag of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Nor does the pic show 10 Downing Street, which looks like a private house from the 18th century. I suspect the flag is flying over one of the major ministries though sadly I cannot identify which.
